“Now that I have done three parties with you I wanted to put in writing what a very good experience I've had working with you. We have entertained in our home with a casual Friday night buffet dinner for 25, a Sunday brunch for 30 and a full out cocktails and dinner party for 60 and each one left our guests raving about the food and presentation.  Felix was gracious about meeting with me in person to see my space and use some of my own serving pieces so the platters had a more personal touch. Each menu was given time and thought to ensure the correct quantity of food was included and our budget was respected.  When planning menus several times Felix said, "trust me" and he never steered me wrong.  Great attention to detail was always paid in assembling platters so they were both beautiful and appetizing and set out to ensure a comfortable flow of guest traffic.  We had the pleasure of having Felix here during one of our parties to cook in our kitchen providing a special treat for our guests (and ourselves).  We have found all the foods we have included in our menus, including additional sauces, dips, etc. to be outstanding. All deliveries were made when we were told and everything was well cleaned up when the parties were over.  By our third party with you I just needed to plan the menu because I knew the rest of the details would be taken care of and my husband and I could really enjoy our own party!  We sincerely look forward to working with you again.  Best wishes for the new year.”

"What a perfect weekend!  We are still on "cloud 9". Thank you so very much for all the hard work you put into making this weekend one we will always remember.  I just had to tell you how pleased we were with the rehearsal dinner.  It went far beyond our expectations.  The Physick House was absoulutely lovely.  It was so nice to have you and Theresa greet us upon our arrival.  The cocktail hour was delightful, an exquisite room, excellent hors d'oeuvres, and a beautiful garden area.  The dining room was breathtaking, I was so pleased with the ambiance.  Everything was just perfect.  The food was so delicious and the wait staff very courteous and helpful.  The informative tour after dinner was an unexpected bonus for our guests.  I just can't say enough about the entire evening.  Our out-of-town guests have remarked that our rehearsal dinner is one they will always remember, elegant and rich in history.  I can't wait to spread the word of how special we were treated by you and your staff.  Thank you again for your part in making Ali and Joe's wedding weekend so memorable and so very special."

“Thanks a million times over for showing all my guests how it's done. My only regret is that you weren't there yourself to hear and see directly the impact your food and its beautiful presentation has on a party. I don't know what to comment on first--the quantity was astounding, the quality was ridiculously above what people were likely expecting. After all, who goes to a house party and eats like they are at a five-star restaurant? The menu was creative and just so delicious. The appetizers were so tasty and so voluminous I thought no one would eat much dinner. Wrong! Virtually nothing left on the buffet. No salmon, no beef, just enough chicken for a leftover sandwich tonight. Ok, so overall--you were a big hit. But one of the best parts was the fact that while there was universal agreement that everything was wonderful, it seemed everyone had a different favorite thing. Some thought one or another of the appetizers was the best, many thought the salmon ruled the day, others found the filet unbeatable, and you already know some people can't get past the crab and artichoke dip. There really is no way to summarize or concisely say how very much we appreciate everything you did to make Dana's party special."
